Refund Policy

Within 14 days: full refund, on request
If you paid for your plan (monthly or yearly, including any family members, or a Gift Year bought before) within the last 14 days, you can have all of it back, for any reason. Email help@example.com from the address you signed up with, or, once texting launches, reply REFUND to any text. No questions asked. It usually appears on your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
A refund cancels the subscription, including any family members on it. You are welcome back any time.
Unsubscribing is not a refund request
Clicking Unsubscribe in an email, or replying STOP to a text, stops your messages and stops your plan from renewing. It does not refund you on its own. If you want your money back, ask for it within 14 days of paying as described above. If you do not, the time you already paid for stays on your account in case you come back.
After 14 days
Refund requests after 14 days go to a person. We will consider them case by case, for example if you were double-charged, if the service was unavailable for an extended period, or if there was a genuine misunderstanding. Email help@example.com with the email address (or phone number) on the subscription.
Renewals
Yearly plans renew every year and monthly plans renew every month. If a renewal goes through that you did not want, the same 14-day window applies from the renewal date: email help@example.com (or reply REFUND to a text) and the full renewal amount is refunded. Family member charges are part of your plan's bill and follow the same rule.
Gift years
The buyer can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the gift has not been started. If the recipient has already started, we will refund the buyer on request in that window and the recipient's messages will end; we will tell the recipient why.
The free week
The free week costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Unsubscribe with one click at any time.
